Brimbank Christian Church have recently moved into a converted warehouse in North Sunshine. This vibrant new worship centre includes a 10m x 5m stage area for conducting worship services. Michael Goyne, Brimbank's AV supervisor, approached Lightmoves' theatre technology specialist Peter Gray to quote for some additional lighting for the new facility.

On recognizing the enormous potential of their new building, Lightmoves used their many years of experience at advising and equipping worship centres, to put together a proposal for a complete solution that included design, supply, installation and commissioning. Brimbank were so impressed with the package, that incorporated lighting bars, patch panels, dimmers, luminaries, wiring, custom truss construction and control desk, that they immediately set about raising the funds to implement this offer.

Peter and the Lightmoves' installations team, including riggers and licensed electricians, spent a week on site installing and commissioning the lighting system. After overcoming some structural and power limitations by adding extra steel work to the roof and a new electrical sub switchboard, the lighting system was complete. All Church staff were then trained in the use of their flexible new system on productions staged by the church.

Once again, Lightmoves exceeded expectations and delivered the project on time and within budget.
